Course options and schedule

Scheduled courses

The standard public courses we run throughout the year at our training centres are open to delegates from any of our customers. You can download our April to June 2008 schedule and our July to September 2008 schedule here.

Scheduled courses offer a number of advantages:

You can stagger staff training to minimise disruption of day-to-day work.

Learning takes place in dedicated training environments, away from everyday distractions.

They provide the opportunity to meet and share experiences with users from other authorities.

All practical arrangements, including equipment, catering and technical setup, are handled by the CAPS Solutions training team.

Pricing is per delegate, which gives flexibility to send just one or several members of staff.

Closed courses

Closed courses are exclusive to a single organisation. A closed course can be held at one of our training centres or at your premises. It can be a standard or bespoke course. Closed courses are especially appropriate and cost-effective if you have a large number of delegates with similar training requirements.

Bespoke courses

CAPS Solutions can design training programmes that are tailored to specific requirements and focus on key identified skills gaps.

We can also tailor standard course to give extra emphasis to subjects that are important to a particular implementation.
