Because your UNI-form solution forms an intrinsic part of your business infrastructure, we provide support for queries and fault reporting through a skilled helpdesk during business hours, and a dedicated area on My UNI-form that's available whenever you need it.
First- and second-line support from our skilled helpdesk personnel
You can call our helpdesk to make enquiries and report any faults or problems between 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday (excluding certain bank holidays). The helpdesk offers:
Helpdesk Administrators who provide first-line support and escalate issues to Application Support Consultants and Technical Support Analysts as required.
Application Support Consultants who investigate application issues and provide software support.
Technical Support Analysts who investigate hardware issues and provide technical support.

There's a dedicated, permanently available support area on My UNI-form that you can use to:
Report faults.
Track and update faults you've logged with the helpdesk or online.
